Thanks RezHBut how much can you do in just two 30-minute strength seisoon.Bsth a full-body workout with one exercise per muscle group and 2-3 sets or 2 days split with two exercises per muscle ground and 4-5 sets take at least 50 minutes. Should I live certain muscle groups behind?Could you post a sample of a 30 minutes strength training that target all major muscles?
